Fry and the Slurm Factory
What Are You Doing!?: How did Calculon's half brother lie down
in the bed? His design completely disallows that!
Half-Brother?: How could Calculon have a half brother? He is
a robot, and certainly has not parents who could create a half-brother.
Even if they could, why does his "half-brother" look nothing like him?
Temperature Guage?: Bender never had a temperature guage in
his stomach before...
Super Stethoscope!: If Bender can instantaneously burn a couch
by sitting on it, why doesn't any thing happen to Zoidberg's stethoscope?
Dissapearing Guage: When the Professor uses the F-Ray machine
to look inside Bender, he doesn't have a temperature guage any more!
My Sperm!?: How could Fry feel pain from his sperm? They have
no way to transmit pain to him!
Slurm Bubbles: When they look inside the Slurm cans at the store,
bubbles can be seen using the F-Ray, but this won't happen in a pressurised
can!
I Hate to Burst Your Bubble: Why would the F-Ray burst balloons?
Also, if it uses neutrinos, they would simply pass through almost everything,
and certainly not cause things to become transparent!
Fake Factory?: Why would the Slurm manufacturers offer a competition
with a tour of the plant as a prize? It would cost them a fortune to
build the fake factory!
Solution by Kyle Williams:
Why does any company have a contest? To increase sales. Once the competition was planned, retailers would buy the Slurm waiting for the competition to start and for people to buy mass amounts. With the cash from sales, a fake factory could have been built.
Slurm Bushes?: If Slurm is meant to be made through a whole
lot of different ingredients, then why would there be bushes growing
Slurm cans? Even with it really coming from the Queen, it still doesn't
explain it.
Dumb Grunkalunkas: Why would the Grunkalunkas continue to sing
after they are told it will come out of their break time?
Mystery Whorlpool...: Why was there a whorlpool in the middle
of the river? It wasn't there before, and the drain didn't appear to
be able to close off.
Gift Shop?: Why would there be a Slurm gift shop at the factory
if the Planet Express team are the only people ever to be let in?
Splitting Suit?: When Leela kicks the tour guide in half, and
he forms two new worms, why does his suit split too?
Behinds?: Honey doesn't come from a bee's behind, milk isn't
from a cow's behind (well... not really...), and toothpaste is made
through a chemical process.
Slow Solution!: Fry is able to stop drinking super Slurm long
enough to spend quite a while debating what he should do to save the
others, but he can't take one or two seconds to quickly save them and
return! It would have been far quicker to just save them!
Solution by Kyle Williams:
we all know Fry's not smart enough to realize that.
Back Me Up!: Why don't the other members of the crew back up
the Professor that Slurm comes from the Slurm Queen.
