(Fry Jumps out behind the Zamboni Dives a Laser pistol in each hand shooting all the penguins around him.)

EXT. GLASS DOME-BACK

(The Soliders are slowly surrounding the Penguins. In the Middle there is a small Igloo Type House where some Penguins are using it as a shield from the mass amount of Laser Flying Around.  There is no top to it and small windows so the Penguins can shoot out of)

Solider

We got almost everyone except the penguins in the Bunker.

(Fry comes barreling through the Soliders on the Zamboni.)

SOLIDER

We got your back.

(Fry speeding with the zamboni.  Fry Gets up right as the Zamboni hits the Front of the bunker. He jumps of the Zamboni giving him a mass amount of momentum from the Crash. His Body Flies over the opening in the ceiling His guns pointed down at the last remaining Penguins.  He lands the shooting stops coming from the Bunker.)

SOLIDER

We Did it we Won.

ZAPP

I did it I won.

FRY

Im alive I did it I won.

(Fry runs back to the crowd of soliders and Crew members. Leela Runs over to him and hugs him.)

LEELA

You did it.

FRY

No, we did it. In fact(screaming) We all did.

(The Crowd Screams in triumph.)

Bender

What are we going to do with all these bodies.

(Zoidbergs holding a phone.)

(All of a sudden a moan is heard.  Fry is seen Turning around.  There on the floor with a Gun Shot is Free Waterfall Senior.)

FRY

No, Free.  What happened?

FREE WATERFALL SENIOR

Isn't it a bit Obvious I was shot.

(Fry throws his hands up.)

(Fry slams his hands angerly onto the body.)

(Free Waterfall Senior Falls Over Silent. Fry Throws his Hands up into the Air Screams.  Then slams his hands down on the body.)

(Zodberg makes this high scream and starts eating all the dead penguins.)

(A guy walks out of the Crowd.)

(Fry walks over to Zoidberg)

Our Next Breaking story today is that a war broke out today on the Planet of Pluto. Many Lie dead on the Cold Service.  The war was between the Smartened Dark Matter Penguins against the residence of Pluto with some help from Doop and Zapp Brannigan.

Morbo thinks this is not the end of the killing of the human race. Mhahahahaha.

(Professor is sitting there watching T.V. He quickly walks out screaming for everyone to meet in the meeting room.)

Good news everyone its very likely that fry, leela, bender, and that piece of garbage zoidberg are all dead.

(Zapp, Leela, Kif, Fry Bender, are the only ones left in the dome.)

Anyway I think we better get back to Planet Express they are probably nervous wrecks by now.

EXT. GLASS DOME-Front-Ship

(Fry, Leela, and Bender all get onto the ship.  They ship takes off.  Zoidberg comes running out of the dome.With the Frozen Fry on top of the ship.)

(Bender walk in with a tray of Lobsters.)

The Top of Planet express opens for the ship to land.

(The Crew walks off the ship.  Amy, Hermes, Scruffy, and Professor are all waiting for them.)

(Everyone Except Zoidberg and the Professor are Watching T.V. A news Flash comes on the Tv.  Linda and Morbo come onto the T.V)

(Screen goes to a shot of Nixon in back of a podium with microphones in his face.)

Hello Earth, today something horrible has happened on the planet Pluto.  A war broke out and we lost many good soliders.  But thats not the bad News the bad news is that all the Penguins in the Universe are extinct.

(Gasps from the Audience.)

But some good news yet.  From our Universal Satellite we have found the people who started the Penguin War.

(A picture comes up on the Screen of leela, Fry, annd Bender. They all gasp.)

NIXON

If any one knows or can tell us where these humans are they are going to be sentenced to death by Drowning for starting a war with a endangered animal. The most horrible punishment we can give out.

BENDER

Yes, Suckas, Looks like you to are boned.Hahahahaha.

NIXON

We have identified the 4 of the prisoners as Turanga Leela, Philip. J Fry, Bender Bending Rodriguez, and Free Waterfall Senior. They are highly dangerous.

LEELA

Oh no what are we going to do.

FRY

We must Flee earth. We need to get out of here.

Smitty

(From outside)

Come out with your hands up we know your in there.

FRY

Amy make sure you get the professor to look at that frozen me while im gone.

(Fry, Leela and Bender run out of the Room.  The Professor walks in.)

Late News Everyone, thinking you were dead I made a clone of each of you.

HERMES

Professor they are about to take off. Can’t you just get rid of the clones

Professor

No not since the Law made in 3000. States you must not kill a clone it has to die of natural or accidental causes. Otherwise I would have killed Cubert a long time ago.

INT. PLANET EXPRESS-Ship Dock

(Leela and Bender get into the ship.  Fry gets the Frozen him off the ship and puts it on the floor he runs into the ship.)

EXT. PLANET EXPRESS

(The Door opens in the Roof and the ship comes flying out of Planet Express.)

Fire, get a couple units after them.

(From inside a police ship.)

Ext. Space-PE Ship

(The ship is taking heavy Fire.  They are followed closely by 4 police cars.)

INT. PLANET EXPRESS SHip

(Fry, Leela, and Bender are all sitting in the Flying room of the ship.)

LEELA

Well First we need to lose them.

(Red Lights start Flashing in the Ship.)

BENDER

LEELA

Oh no I lost Control of the Ship the most of badly hit one of our wings.

FRY

Are we going to crash?

LEELA

Not if I can help it. Were coming onto a Meteor zone. Maybe if I can get some what control of the ship we can land on a meteor and try to fix the Ship.

(Meteor start flying past them.)

BENDER

What about that one. No that one looks Nice,

LEELA

I think were going to have to lose them first. Alright I got the Controls back.

(The Ship Starts zooming in and out of oncoming meteors.  The Ship goes through a hole in one of the Meteors. 2 of the ships go on either side of the meteor.  The 2 ships crash into each other after getting around the Meteor.)

FRY

(One ships on there tale.  The PE ships does a  loop leaving them on the back of the ship that was following them.  Planet Express BLows the ship out of the Sky.)

LEELA

I think thats it.

(The PE Ships lands on one of the meteors closest.)

Ext. MEteor Surface

(Fry, Leela and bender walk out of the Ship. Fry and Leela are waring space suits.)

LEELA

Alright we are going to need some stuff.  Bender go and get me all the tools and Extra supplies you can.

BENDER

Because Zoidbergs not here.
